ROSANNA BELL'S WILL
I Rosanna Bell of the County of Carroll & State of Tennessee calling to
mind the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and disposing memory and
being disirous of disposing of what worldly effects I may be in possession of at
my death do make and publish this my last will and Testament revoking all other
wills by me made at any time heretofore.
1st I desire that my body be burried in a decent and christian like
manner.
2nd I will that all my debts be paid out of any monies that I may die in
possession of or that may first come into the hands of my Executors hereinafter
named.
3rd I will and bequeath to my three sond David Bell John A. Bell &
Thomas C. Bell all of the property of ever discription whether the same be
moneys or other property that I may die possessed of my will and desire is that
if my dughter Rosanna Sidelle should be living at my death that my
Executors should pay her the sum of fifty Dollars as her share of my estate but
of my daughter Rosanna Sidelle should die before I do then and in that case I
desire that my three sons above named should have all of my property and effects
of every discription
5th I nominate and appoint my three sons David Bell John A. Bell and Thomas C.
Bell Executors to this my last will and Testament.

At the above term of said Court was produced in open court a paper writing purporting to be the last will and Testament Rosanna Bell decd. and was duly proven by the testimony of John Norman one of the witness & ordered to be recorded of which the foregoing is a copy test.
