WM. H. A. BAGBY'S WILL

We the under signe being called upon by Wm. H. A. Bagby in his last illness at his residence to take notice that we wished to make the following disposition of his property (Viz) he wishes his property kept together for the Education and maintainance of his family to be managed by his wife and such other person or persons as she may chase to assist her such manner as she may think fit he farther wishes his children after they become of age or marrys to have a portion of property given them such as his wife may think proper to give making them each equal the rest to remain with his wife aming her life to be equally divided among his children at her death if his wife should marry then he wishes his wife to have her legal potion of his property and the rest devided equal among his children.

This day Thomas Hamilton and Moses S. Dinwiddie came into open court and made oath in due form of law and depose and says that the above is the last will and Testament of Wm. H. A. Bagbys which the court ordered to be recorded.
