N. McDonald and Will McDonald derived a title to and now hold equal and undivided title and interest in to a certain parcel of land containing 202 acres more or less situated and lying in the third Civil District of Carroll County Tennessee and known and described as follows to wit. Beginning on a stake the same being J. G. Fowlers south east corner, runs thence north 113 1/2 poles to a stake on Harve Adens east boundary, thence east 143 poles to stake on T. M. Travis west boundary thence south 4 1/2 poles to said Travis south west corner beech pointer, thence east with Travis 87 poles to stake with small pointer, thence south with Travis 7 poles with gum pointer, thence east with Travis & Baker 144 poles to stake, thence south 55 poles to stake wit large gum pointer, thence west 103 poles to a stake with pointers, thence south 29 poles to stake near the bank of the Obion River, thence west 58 poles to a stake thence north 41.25 poles to stke two large beech pointers, thence west 70 poles to a stake, thence south 54 1/2 poles to a stake in a field thence west crossing the Christ masville road in all 143 poles to the beginning. Now we have made partition of said land between our selves have allotted the same in the following manner to wit: The said Will McDonald transfer and conveys to the said J. N. McDonald to have and to hold in severally to himself his heirs and assigns forever, all his right, estate title and interest to that part or portion of said land contain ing 101 acres more or less and included in the follow ing boundary to wit. Beginning in the middle of the Christmasville road, large white oak pointer, runs east 48 ples to stake with pointer, thence north 22 23/25 poles to stake with pointer, thence east 104 poles to stake with poin ter, thence south 10 4/5 poles to stake with beech pointer, thence east 127 poles to stake with pointer, thence north 34 3/5 poles to a stake, thence west 144 poles to stake with gum point ers thence north 7 poles to stake with small pointer, then ce west 87 poles to T. M. Travis south west corner beech point er thence north 4 1/2 poles to stake on said Travis east boundary thence west 143 poles to stake on Harve Adens east boundary thence south 30 7/25 poles to a stake in Dresden road thence eastward with said road as follows to wit East 22 degrees south 5 1/2 poles east 27 degrees, south 32 poles east 34 1/2 degrees south 444 poles, east 19 degrees south 16 poles to the Christmasville road, thence, north 23 1/2 degrees east with the Christmasville road to the beginning. And the said Will McDonald hereby covenants to warrant and forever defend the title to the portion of said land so con veyed to J. N. McDonald his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons claiming under or through him. In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand this the 30th day ot Aug 1905. B. McDonald the wife of the said Will McDonald having appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said Mrs. J. B. McDonald ac knowledged the execution of the said instrument to have been done by her freely voluntarily and understsandingly without compulsion or constraint from her said husband and for the purposes therein expressed.
