Milan College.
The College building is beautifully located in one of the most desirable towns of West Tennessee. While the school is under control of no single denomination, the great principles of Christianity will be constantly appealed to as the standard of moral duty. The principal of this School, Prof. Wm. H. Gladney, graduated with distinction at the University of Alabama, and has been constantly engaged in teaching since the close of the war. He has secured the services of the accomplished Misses Mittie and Dissie Wilie, who are regular graduates of the Female College at Aberdeen, Mississippi. They received the highest honors in a class of competitors, and have the advantage of a good deal of experience in teaching. A sufficient corps of teachers will always be employed according to the demands of the school.
