Myrtle Hamilton Album

Submitted by:  Frances Limozaine

The below copied "Album" was described as a small book, with a green velvet cover, that David Glosson, great-grandson of Mitchell Glosson discovered among his own families treasures.  When reading the very brown paged written in pencil, I recognized many members of our related families. Mitchell Glosson's mother was Porter Christiana Keenan; the twin sister to my great-grandmother Frances Adreana Keenan who married William Alexander Pruett in 1871. The little "book" was apparently a Christmas gift to Myrtle Hamilton, the daughter of William Washington Nelson Hamilton, granddaughter of David Porter Hamilton and Sibella Griffin.

Many in Gibson County will also recognize names of their family members.
