Mary Robinson Martin 18 31 1895 John Martin
(Mary sister of George Washington Robinson was 2nd wife  of John Martin.
Both John and G.W. fought with General Forrest at Johnsonville, Pilot's
Knob.
After the fracus, G.W. and John went to Pilot's Knob and confiscated a wagon
load of gold from a Yankee steamboat, sunk the boat while the crew was off
ship cutting wood, and brought the gold to Gibson Co.  The portion G.W. got
is supposedly buried never to be found. Many stories have been told about
the steamboat money.
