Milan Depot, destroyed in trian wreck during WWII. A freight was coming south on the Illinois Central and a troup train going west on the Louisville and Nashville collided and a boxcar catapulted into the depot. No one was hurt but the depot was destroyed. The picture was taken from my grandfather's back yard. Those horses were used to pull the fire wagon.
