                    )       For the consideration below stated, I, Mrs. E. Kilzer, or Margaret Kilzer of the 4th District of Gibson County,
To) Deed       )      Tenn., hereby sell,  transfer and convey unto T. K. King of said District the following described tracts of land
                     )      situated in the 4th District of Gibson County Tenn., and bounded as folows: The first tract bounded on the
T. K. King       )     North by the lands of Fitzgerald, On the south by the lands of Sullivan, On the East by the lands of Sappington,
                            and on the West by the Bailey lands, containing 62 acres, more or less.
 
The second tract bounded as follows: On the North by the lands of Jim Motley, Formerly the Betts land, and on the East and South by John Motley land, and on the West by G. W. Bailey land, containing about 37 acres, more or less and being that porton of a
110 acre tract cut off in a division between E. Kilzer and A. Bailey.
 
To have and to hold said tract of land to the said T. K. King his heirs and assigns I covenant that I am lawfully seized and posessed
of said land, that the same are unencumbered, and that I will forever warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
 
The consideration for this conveyance is Love and Affection and the further consideration of Six Hundred Dollars, One Hundred
Dollars of which is this day paid in cash the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the balance is due by Five Notes, due
Respectively, one, two, three, four, and five years from date and subject to certain conditions set in said notes, said notes do not bear  interest and an express lien is retained on said tract of land to secure the payment of said notes according to their terms as
expressed upon their face.

forgoing deed instrument for the purposes therein expressed.

T. K. King was Thomas King and nephew of Mrs. Elijah Kilzer. Margaret Kilzer was my great great grandmother. Also the same
relation to my sister Janie Williams Morris.
