I have never seen the actual document as published in the source below. It was published in Family FInding's Mid- West Tennessee Genealogical Society Quarterly 1974 , I believe.)

These Bible records were copied by Mrs. John Ross Long from the Bible in her possession which belonged to her Great Grandfather Rev. Jacob Mathis. Rev Mathis was born August 22,1809, in Rutherford county, TN.; son of William Mathis and Lydia Carlton.

The Bible was published by Thomas, Cowerthait, and Co.

Philadelphia, Pa in 1846.
