E. N. Walker Of Millsfield Dies. Elvert Nelson Walker, bookkeeper at Willis Sawmill Company, died this morning at 6:45 o'clock at the Parkview Hospital. He was 59. Mr. Walker was the son of the late Billy and Mattie Fuqua Walker, native Tennesseans. He had lived in Dyer County all of his life in the Millsfield community. Mr. Walker had been ill for some time. Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at Bryant's Chapel with the Reverend W. C. Baker officiating, assisted by the Reverend Norman Orr. Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Nina May Walker, Millsfield; five daughters, Mrs. Charles Kemp, Mesquite, Texas, Mrs. Billy Joe Eubanks, Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Leslie Hedrick, Arlington, Texas, Miss Audrey Ann Walker, and Miss Nina Charlene Walker of Millsfield; five sons, Travis Walker, Dyersburg, Billy Wayne Walker, Arlington, Texas, Bobby Joe Walker, David Walker, Larry Walker, Millsfield; one sister, Mrs. Lon Gill, Blytheville, Arkansas, and ten grandchildren. Pallbearers will be William Tickle, Marvin Willis, Virgil Carter, Ben Seaton, Frank Bradshaw, and John Bradley.
