Dorothy Hazel was born in Newbern TN in 1918 (Died 2003). John F. Devine was born in 1913 (Died 2004) John and Hazel met and married in Chicago, Illinois. Parents of Catherine and Dorothy were Sarah Lillian Crafton Williams and Lawyer (Loy) V. Williams. Lillian and Loy are buried in Fairview Newbern Cemetery.
