Under the overhang: just to the left of the post is Leonard Herbert Davis "Hub" Davis

By the right post in the suit is the Pastor-Everyone called each other Brother So and So and Sister So and So in the congregation. That was "Brother Gene Smith". Leonard Hub Davis is my great grandfather.

Toward the middle, almost even with the right post in row 2 from the front is my great grandmother: Ollie Smith Davis. She is wearing a dark dress and is about even with C in the word Church. I do not believe she was related to "Brother Gene Smith" but I am not sure.

Just to the right of the Church of Jesus Christ sign in the front row in a checkered dress is me, Susan Johnson, age 8 years. Two over is my sister Betty Johnson, age 11. We went to church with our great grandparents when we visited. They were very active in the church. Ollie did not cut her hair or wear make up. She always wore a pin on her dress that said "Jesus Saves" until she died .

I do not know others in the picture.

It would be great to be able to identify some of the people, especially the kids as they may be into genealogy and could help others on the site. I do believe the boy in the front row under the word Sunday School in the suit was the son of Brother Gene Smith but I do not know his name.
