Know All Men by these Presents, That we J. T. Gregory and J. C. Zaracor are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Fifth day of December A. D. 1870

The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound J. T. Gregory has been choosen and appointed Guardian of Ella Gregory and Ella Gregory [as written] minor Heirs of W. C. Gregory decd

Now, if the said J. T. Gregory Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
