Know All Men by these Presents, That we Silas Ferrell, William C. Doyle and Allen Harris are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Fifth day of December A. D. 1870

The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound Silas Ferrell has been choosen and appointed Guardian of Amanda Jane Fuller, Mary C. Fuller, David E. Fuller and Jas E. Fuller, minor heirs of Elias Fuller decd

Now, if the said Silas Ferrell Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
