State of Tennessee

Know All Men by these Presents, That we Thomas H. Fitzhugh, W. A. Beasley and W. F. Harris are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Sixth day of February A. D. 1871

The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound Thomas H. Fitzhugh has been choosen and appointed Guardian of his children - towit: William Columbus, John S., Thomas J., Benjamin F., Tennessee A., Margaret & Auzanetta

Now, if the said Thomas H. Fitzhugh Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

Renewal

State of Tennessee

Know All Men by these Presents, That we T. H. Fitzhugh, W. T. Harris and Luke Cerley are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
