State of Tennessee

Know All Men by these Presents, That we T. S. Chamblin and Turner Chamblin are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Five Hundred Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Fifth day of May A. D. 1873

The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound T. S. Chamblin has been choosen and appointed Guardian of A. W. Cooper, Ella Cooper, Eugene Cooper and Lula Cooper, minor heirs of Sampson Cooper, decd

Now, if the said T. S. Chamblin Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
