Know All Men by these Presents, That we W. T. Powell, Nathaniel P. Tatum and Richard P. Powell are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two hundred Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Fourth day of May A. D. 1874
The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound William T. Powell has been choosen and appointed Guardian of Robert Bradshaw and Lena Bradshaw, minor heirs of Jessie Bradshaw deceased
Now, if the said William T. Powell Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
