Know All Men by these Presents, That we Bell C. Burgie and John W. Lauderdale are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Five Hundred Dollars for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Witness our hands and seals, this Fifth day of December A. D. 1870
The Condition of this obligation is such, that Whereas the above bound Bell C. Burgie has been choosen and appointed Guardian of Neal Allen, Richard Allen, Alatha Allen and Mary C. Allen
Now, if the said Bell C. Burgie Guardian shall faithfully discharge his duty as Guardian, in every respect, then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
