Dyer Co. TN
Cemeteries

James Woodley, who did most of the cemetery inventories on this web site, passed away May 23, 2005, and this page is dedicated to his memory. Without the work he had done, many people would never know where their ancestors are buried. We are all very thankful for his hard work and generosity.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Betty Stephens, for contributing most of the tombstone photos that are on this site. Betty has done a terrific job, and we are all very thankful to her. Because of all that she has done, many people will get to visit the grave of their ancestors, without ever having to leave home.

I would also like to give a very special thank you to David & Judi Cloninger, who are working hard to locate, inventory, and photograph some of the long lost cemeteries in the county. Their hard work is most appreciated.

If you know the name and location of any cemetery that is not on this index, please send
the information to Natalie, so that it can be included here.
