Robert Lee Green Sr.
(1926-1992)


This picture was made September 14, 1945 in Manila. He was 19 years old.
He served on the USS Key (DE348), a Destroyer Escort ship. The primary mission of his ship was escorting convoys.
His parents were Oscar Meredith Green and LeOna Davis Green.

Robert Lee Green Senior served on the USS Key during W W II.
He was also the editor of the Crockett Times.
