Item One – To my beloved wife MARY LOUISE NORVILLE I give and devise for and during her natural life, all of the real estate of which I may be the owner at the time of my death. At her death I direct that my land be sold and the proceeds divided share and share alike among the following named of my children, to-wit: EULA WORRELL, EMMA CLARK, MAUDE SMITH, ERNEST NORVILLE, FRANK NORVILLE, ROBERT NORVILLE and BERTRAM NORVILLE. In case either of the above named children should die before I do, leaving children, such children to receive the portion that would have gone to the parent under this will.
Item Two – I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all of my personal estate of whatsoever character to be by her used and disposed of as she may deem right.
Item Three – I nominate my son ROB NORVILLE as the executor of this my last will and testament and request that he not be required to execute bond as such.
