Mrs. Jim Quinley--Mrs. Tinnie Carolina Quinley, widow of the late Jim Quinley, died last Thursday at her home in the Crockett Mills neighborhood following a stroke. She was 80 years of age and one of the community's most highly respected citizens. She was born and reared in Crockett County and was a member of the Baptist Church. One son, Willie Quinley, survives. She was the grandmother of Mrs. R. B. Cheatham of Alamo. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 3:30 at Providence Baptist Church by the Rev. J. T. Barker. Burial was in Providence Cemetery with Ronk Funeral Home in charge.
