Funeral services for Rex Fisher, 15 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Johnie Fisher were held Saturday afternoon at Floyd's Chapel. Rex was born and reared in Crockett County and was living, at the time of his death, in the Chestnut Bluff community, where he possessed many friends. He was a freshman in Friendship High School.

He is survived by his parents; four brothers, James, Dan, Roy (spelled Doy in the obituary article) and Leroy; six sisters, Sue, Doris, Jo Ann, Bobbie Nell , Cynthia and Ava Janet.

Prof. Burke and Bro. Edgar Williams conducted the services. Pall bearers were Stacy Bailey, Bubber Cherry, Joe Health, Wilbur Privett, Fred Privett, Jr. and Charles Richardson.
