The left side of this map shows the Madison County, Tennessee Fairground. This was the location of Camp Fair, later named Camp Beauregard, where the Sixth Tennessee Infantry mustered into Confederate Service, part of the Provisional Army of Tennessee, on May 23, 1861.

Present day streets are as follows: Western Border-Hollywood Drive, Northern Border-Williams Street, Eastern Border-North Fairgrounds Street, Southern Border-Airways Blvd.
