These records were transcribed from microfilm purchased from the TSLA for Crockett County deaths,
and from the TN State death certificates for Crockett Co. Some of the writing, especially on the microfilm, was very hard to read.
Some of the deaths were found only on the microfilm, or only on a death certificate, but not on both.
Others were found on both, and often contained some differences, which I noted in the remarks column.
It is quite probably that I had previously transcribed some of the names wrong from the microfilm, due to the writing, or they
were wrong to begin with in those records.
Sarah Hutcherson transcribed additional data from the 1930 death certificates that is not included here.
