Crockett Co., Tennessee County Court Clerk's Minutes Vol. A Monday, October the 7th A.D. 1872
W. T. AGEE W. T. AGEE was this day appointed Guardian of W. D. DAVIS, JAMES M. DAVIS and FRANCIS A. DAVIS whereupon the said W. T. AGEE came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars with D. T. AGEE and W. M. WALKER as his securities which was severally acknowledged in open Court approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and W. T. AGEE was duly Qualified as Guardian
