SAMUEL G. MILLER'S WILL
In the name of God Amen.
I Samuel G. Miller of the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee in the year
of our Lord July 15th One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty Eight being sound in
mind but in feeble health make this my last will and testament revoking all
other will by me made.
1st. I will and do hereby provide that all my just debts and burial
Expences be paid out of the money that may be in hand or that may first come
into the hands of my Executer or Executrix.
2nd. I will and do hereby provide empower and authorize my beloved wife
Colista F. Miller to sell any or all of my Estate both real and personal and
sale by her shall be as valid as if made by me during her natural life.
3rd. I will and do hereby appoint my beloved wife my sole Executer to my
will and guardian to my children having the Exclusive controle of all my estate
both real and personal in the same wan and the same extent as possessed by me
now.
I will that there be no division in my Estate untill my oldest son James attains
the age of twenty one it is then willed by me that he have one third
4th. of my entire Estat.
5th. I will that in the event of the marriage of my beloved wife that she
have one third of my Estate and that the remainder be equally divided between my
two sons.
6th. I will and desire that my children be educated to the Extent that the
Judgement of my wife may direct.
In confirmation of the above I affix my hand and seal the day and date above
written.

At the above term of said court was produced in open court a paper writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of S. G. Miller decd and admitted to probate as such and ordered to be duly recorded of which the foregoing is a copy test.
