TIMOTHY DOLAN'S WILL

I Timothy Dolan of the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee on the twenty second day of March one thousand Eight hundred and forty six although low in health perfect in mind. I do hereby make my last will and Testament. first I give to my wife Thirza one bed cow and calf wheel and cards and her mentainence off my farm. after she is done with the above, it then belongs to Elisabeth Morning my Grandaughter, secondly, I give to my son Henry Dolan my farm and building thereon. Thirdly I give to my Daughter Elisabeth Mitchell one Dollar besides one hundred and fifty dollars she has received, besides fifteen dollars William Mitchell owed to me, that debt I make a present of to the said William Mitchell. fourthly I give to Henry Nease that portion of land lying north west of Henry Dolan's conditional line. fifthly I give to my Daughter Jane Cooper one horse and property to the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid out for land for the benefit of her and her bodily heirs. Sixty. I give to my sons Isaac and Nelson all the land and money that was coming to me in Sulivan County East Tennessee. Seventhly and lastly, the balance of the proceeds of my property I want to be Equally divided between my Daughters Sarah Nease William R. Dolan and my grand child Elisabeth Morning. I now appoint my neighbor William Stokes and my son Henry Dolan my Executors.
