This photo is believed to have been our James Franklin Rogers b. 1831 per his descendants. James Franklin Rogers md. on Dec. 07, 1854 to MARTHA A. LILES ( da/of ANDERSON LILES of Carroll Co. TN ). James Franklin and Martha Liles Rogers had two sons; JAMES MICHAEL ROGERS b. 1857 TN; and William A. Rogers b. 1856 TN. The Rogers family moved to Bellefonte, Boone Co. AR in the 1870 era. James Franklin Rogers b. 1831 served under Capt. Fields in Co. F 15 TENN Regiment BELLS Brigade, BUFORDS Division was given a furlough on Aug. 1, 1864 due to gun shot would of left leg. James Frankin Rogers and his two brothers; GREEN D. BERRY ROGERS, and BASIL JASPER ROGERS along with their sister PURITY DRUCILLA ROGERS moved to Boone Co. AR in the 1870 era. Green Berry md. Sidy Fields ( dau./of ALEXANDER FIELDS ) and BASIL JASPER ROGERS md. MARTHA P. ANN ROWLAND ( dau./of AMOS ROWLAND ) all of Carroll Co. TN. PURITY DRUCILLA ROGERS md. SILAS ACUFF in BOONE CO. AR.
