Elza and Emery Adams moved to Tennessee in Nov 1908 with their widowed mother, Mertie Rosel Adams, to live with Hiram and Samantha Rosel, their grandparents.

Elza Adams and his family lived in the Cedar Grove area for a few years after his marriage to Ruby Williams.  They later lived and died in East Prairie, Missouri.
Emery Adams lived on in Cedar Grove for years before living in Virginia where he died in about 1970.  His ashes were brought back to Leach SDA Cemetery for burial.
