White This indenture made and entered into this 4th day of March 1858 between Spencer Bomer of the County of Weakly of the first part and John W. White of the County of Carroll Tenn. Of the other part witness to that for and in consideration of the Sum of one thousand & twelve dollars & 5 CTS to me in hand paid the receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged hah bargained & sold Two certain tracts or parcels of land as a part of two tracts or parcels of including in the following boundaries & excluding the fifty one acres conveyed by Deed to George Glover by me off the East side of said tracts of land and bounded as follows (to wit) one tract beginning on a stake with 2 black oak and dogwood pointers the north west corner of George Glovers 150 acre tract conveyed to him by M. C. Randall runs west one hundred and thirty three poles to a stake the north west corner of a 1,000 acre tract in the name of John C. McLemores thence south one hundred & ninety six & ½ poles to a stake on the line of the lands belonging to the heirs of Pemberton and on H. A. Moore's line of the lands formally owned by Mark Cooper Decd. Thence East one hundr4ed & 33 poles to a stake on E. Gwinns & G. Glovers line thence north one hundred and ninety six poles to the beginning containing by estimation one hundred & sixty three acres be the same more or less and also one other tract of land conveyed to Bomar by Deed lying west & north of said lands bound thus Beginning on a Hickory in Range 2 E. T. Bradys South West corner, runs south with the range line one hundred and fourteen poles to a small samaras with 2 post oak & poplar for pointers thence East thirty and one third poles to a stake with 3 post oaks for pointers on the west boundary line of the Crawford tract then north with his line 70 poles to a stake the north west corner of sd Crawford tract thence East with his line one hundred and four poles to a Hickory with 2 Hickory & Poplars for pointers thence north forty four poles to a stake with 3 white oak pointers thence west one hundred & thirty four & 1/3 poles to the beginning containing by estimation fifty acres more or less in all containing Two hundred & 13 acres more or less all the lands contained in the foregoing bounds except the fifty one acres off the East side that is conveyed by Deed to George Glover to have and to hold to him the said John W. White his heirs as assigns forever I further do covenant and agree with him the said White that I am lawfully seized of said land & have a good right to convey the same & that it is unencumbered except the fifty one acres before referred to as Excluded & bind myself my heirs & representatives to warrant and defend the title to all the balance of land included in said bounds to him the said J. W. White his heirs or assigns against the lawful claims of all persons & affix my seal March 4th 1858. Test: Spencer Bomer (Seal) David McDonald H. A.
